Harry Thompson is a Senior Enterprise Executive at Retain, where he works with professional services firms across the UK and beyond to modernise how they plan, schedule and forecast their people. He spends his days in conversation with resource managers, operations leaders and partners, which gives him a first-hand view of the challenges firms face when spreadsheets stop keeping pace with growth. Before joining Retain in 2024, Harry spent more than 4 years in business development at audit technology company Inflo, working with accounting firms on digital adoption.
