Support & maintenance is a service where we provide help and advice in relation to the use and operation of our software products, e.g.

A period of support & maintenance is included when purchasing initial licenses.

Resolution of any problems with our products or services

Retain International aims to offer quality products and services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our products or services, please contact us. It is in our own interest to ensure that you are pleased with our products and services and, therefore, we will strive to resolve any problem to our mutual satisfaction. If, however, that cannot be achieved we may ask an independent person to assist.

Support Hours

Our standard support is provided during UK office hours, but some support is provided outside these hours or by arrangement. Generally support is available only during hours and periods covered by a support and maintenance contract entered into between you and us.
