The following are some possibilities:
| · | There may be a selection on the wallchart that is excluding some of the data. You can clear any selections under Data | Selections. You may need to check in the 'Resource', 'Job' and 'Booking' sections of the selection dialog.

| · | There may be an 'Availability' selection on. You can clear this by selecting Data | Special Selections | Clear Special.

| · | You may have moved to a date for which you have not entered any data. Check that the date bar at the bottom is showing the relevant date. You can configure Retain to always open on a specific date e.g. fixed to 1/1/1999 or 'Today'. You can set this up under Tools | Options | Opening Date.

| · | If you are running the Standard edition of Retain, the data may have become corrupted and if so, you will need to perform a re-index in Retain manager.
