In non-Enterprise editions of Retain, if you can see that there are jobs in your database but they are not appearing in a list in your make booking dialog, then you need to change a setting in your Retain DataBase configuration file (.rdb file) through Retain Manager. You should open the .rdb file in Retain Manager, go to Setup | Extra settings, and choose from the following:
| Show All - shows all jobs in the database.

| Search - waits for you to type in the first few letters of the job name before displaying the jobs which start with the letters you've entered.

| Selection - reflects the selection on the wallchart, so allows you to cut down the number of jobs available by the same criteria as you can use to cut down the jobs which appear on the wallchart.
