Why do changes remain even if I don't save? [All editions]
'Saving' in Retain only saves the changes that you make to the notebook (.rtn file). It does not save changes that you make directly to the data, which updates the database immediately eg. if you delete a booking it will be deleted from the database.
One way to think about it is to consider that changes to the actual data are 'saved' automatically the moment you make them.
