The actual time is a field that can be used to store the actual time that was spent on the booking. Reports can be constructed comparing the actual time and the planned time. A more sophisticated approach is to use Retain with Retain Time, the timesheet system. This will allow users to fill in timesheets for the jobs that they are booked on in Retain to ensure accurate time tracking. |
