In the Enterprise version of Retain, you can make 'Ghost' bookings. These are tentative bookings which you can choose to show or not on the wallchart at any one time. You can also choose whether or not to include Ghosted bookings in reports. You can define colour schemes to display whether bookings are Ghosted or not, and you can also use the booking requests module to allow users to request certain bookings which a manager can choose to either send to be a 'Live' booking, or to be a tentative 'Ghost' booking.
