If you have forgotten your Edit Mode password then you will need to reset the password to default.
Delete or rename the retain.cfg file in:
| C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Retain International\Retain Wallchart\v2

This will reset it to abc.
The 'Application Data' folder may be hidden by Windows. In Windows Explorer, click on Tools | Folder Options... | View tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders' . Finally click the OK button to confirm.
Please note that hidden files and folders are important system folders. Do not delete or move these files or folders unless instructed otherwise.
