Non-Enterprise In non-Enterprise editions of Retain, colours can be used to distinguish between different types of bookings e.g. chargeable/non-chargeable or fixed/tentative. They allow you to quickly identify different categories of booking. 
Enterprise The Enterprise edition of Retain allows you to define any number of colour palettes, which can each be based on any criteria, so you may choose to set colours by the priority of the booking, or by whether or not the booking is a ghost booking, or by any method you care to choose. |
