There is no theoretical maximum, but practically the standard version can handle about 1000 resources. Retain Planner was designed for planning smaller sets of staff, up to around 100. Retain for Notes comfortably handles about 300-400 resources. Above these numbers, we recommend running Retain with Oracle or SQL Server through the DBI, Client-Server or Enterprise editions.

There is no limit to the number of jobs.
