The following applications are supplied as standard with the various editions of the main wallchart application.
Retain Restructure
This is a utility provided with Retain Standard edition. It helps you manage your FoxPro database files. It allows you to add new fields and to alter the length of existing fields.
Defaults Manager
This is a utility provided with Retain Client-Server and Retain DBI editions. This allows you to manage the contents of the dropdowns that appear in Retain Wallchart.
Security Manager
This is a utility provided with Retain Client-Server and Retain Enterprise. This allows you to set up sophisticated security arrangements, controlling exactly which users have the ability to view and to do what in Retain. In Retain Enterprise, Retain Security also takes over the role of Retain Manager, and controls priority colours, diaries, currencies and many of the other more sophisticated features of Retain Enterprise.
