Booking Requests Module This module allows users of the Enterprise edition of Retain to request new bookings to be made. These requests can then be viewed by an administrator who can decide whether to confirm these requests to become either live or Ghost bookings. Retain Enterprise Reports This module allows you to construct more complex reports than those in Retain itself. One of the biggest advantages is that you can construct time series reports, which means you report against a specific field for multiple time periods (eg. showing availability over 12 separate periods of one month). Retain Skills Module This module supports the retention of advanced skills information, and allows you to easily select resources based on their skills - via a selection which automatically affects the wallchart in Retain. Web Viewer/Web Booking Requests Module These modules allow users to view their bookings and administrators to make requests for alterations to bookings over the internet. return to About Help
