How do I update future bookings with new charge-rates etc? [All editions]

Non-Enterprise If you have made bookings for a person into the future and subsequently that person changes grade and so future bookings for that person need to be updated, this can be achieved in non-Enterprise editions in Retain Manager. Open the Retain DataBase configuration file, (.rdb), and select Actions | Update Bookings... which will update any defaults that are added to bookings for the date range you specify.
