Time series reports are not currently possible in Retain. Our Reports module (Retain Enterprise Reports) extends the functionality of the report writer and enables you to construct time series reports. If you cannot use Retain Enterprise Reports, an alternative would be to construct a notebook in which each page represents a month (so page 1 could be a report on 01 Dec 2003 to 31 Dec 2003, page 2 could be on 01 Jan 2004 to 31 Jan 2004, page 3 on 01 Feb 2004 to 28 Feb 2004 etc), which would allow you to simply compare the figures for one month with those of another. |
