Planner
In Retain Planner, you can back up your data by selecting Utilities | Backup Database from the Retain Start Menu folder, and fill in the appropriate details.
Standard
In Retain Standard, you can back-up your data by starting up Retain Manager, where you can select Actions | Backup Data. This will create a zip file of the data.
Notes, DBI, Client-Server, Enterprise
You should refer you to your database administrator as backing up the Retain data on these platforms is primarily a matter of backing up the database itself.
