Retain Web Viewer gives users the ability to
view their planned work in a familiar graphical format similar to
the Retain Windows client through a web browser.
Retain Booking Request allows users to request resources for a
job through a web browser. These requests can then be approved, adjusted
or cancelled by a Retain administrator or resourcing coordinator.
These additional modules for Retain Resource can be purchased individually.

can be viewed by Resource or by Job. Users can select the date range
of the booking period that they wish to view.

Retain Web Viewer has a clear graphical interface for displaying the
resource planning information like Retain Resource Planning system.
Customize
the information displayed on-screen e.g. the fields displayed in the
booking bars or booking tips and the colors used in the booking bars.
An easy
to use web interface allows the user to quickly access comprehensive
information about a booking.
The
Retain Web Booking Request allows staff with access to Retain Resource e.g.
to request resources for jobs, extend time allocation on a job or
project and make holiday booking requests.
View
the status of all booking requests online. Confirmed bookings show
the task, resource and date details.
