Timesheet

The Timesheet view is used to capture the amount of time each resource
has spent. |

Charge

The Charge View can be used to view the various charge rates corresponding
to the selected Timesheet. The Charge View shows the hourly charge
rate corresponding to a particular Job, Resource and Day. |

Approve

The Approve views are used to quickly authorize completed Timesheets.
Timesheets can be looked at individually, or their status can be changed
in groups. Timesheets can be approved by job or by person. |

Periods

The Periods view provides an interface for the administrator to manage
the billing periods used by Retain Time. |

Jobs

In the Job administration view you can manage details of the jobs
used, as in Retain Resource planning. |

resources used, similar to Retain Resource planning.

every Resource Grade, Job Code and Billing Period combination.
