The wallchart view is used for allocating jobs to resources. This
screenshot is organized by resources - i.e. shows the jobs allocated
to each member of staff. |

This is the previous screen 'rotated' to display the same information
by jobs instead of by resources - i.e. shows which member of staff
(resource) has been allocated to which company (job). |

This filtered wallchart view shows a particular group of resources
(in this case a particular office) assigned to each company (job),
with the jobs broken down on separate lines. |

The 'MAKE BOOKING...' dialog is where bookings can are made or edited
including a wide range of settings that can be applied to bookings.
Please note this shows complex settings - a simplified version of
this dialog can be used if more appropriate. |

This screen illustrates how retain can also depict booking information
in a calendar style presentation. Like the wallchart view, the calendar
view can be set to various preset or custom time periods (e.g. year,
month, week, day and so on). |

A revenue forecast generated from planning data using Retain Resource's
powerful and flexible reports facility. In this example revenue is
displayed by location with the ability to expand/contract to see the
breakdown by task - at both levels showing cost, recovery rate and
revenue. |

A report showing time analysis forecast generated from planning data
using the reports facility. In this example revenue is displayed by
manager with the ability to expand/contract to see the breakdown by

This is a forecast of staff utilization levels over a month. This
example has been set up to show the total time allocated for each
staff member as well as the amount of unallocated (i.e. available)
