To place an order you can download an order form and after completion submit it by fax or e-mail. Please include a purchase order number where necessary.

VAT is not chargeable to customers outside the European Union.

VAT is not chargeable to customers in the European Union, and outside the UK, where their international VAT (IVA) number has been supplied.

Unless indicated otherwise, our prices are exclusive of the cost of delivering items to you. You should, therefore, add the delivery cost to the price. The cost will, of course, depend upon the weight of items to be sent and the speed you require (e.g. next day), method you specify (e.g. courier or post) and distance involved (e.g. country). Once you let us know your requirements, we will be pleased to tell you in advance what the delivery cost will be.
